Starn and Schull worked together as a retail team at CBRE and specialized in high street, luxury retail in Waikiki and Resort markets. For the last five years, Starn’s success has paced Hawaii markets, achieving a No.1 ranking at CBRE in 2014 and consistently ranking among in the top 5 Hawaii brokers. Elliott is another local Hawaiian who is returning home after a successful 10-year career working as a commercial real estate broker for NAI Elliott in Portland, OR, where he focused on retail, industrial and multifamily transactions. Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks plans to hire as many as a dozen more brokers on Oahu and the neighboring Hawaiian islands over the next several months.
